It's been an honor serving on the City Council for the past four years.

I love North Bend because of how safe it is.. As a member of the Public Health and Safety Committee I’ve worked hard to ensure that our police officers are provided with the resources they need to keep themselves and our community safe. Eastside Fire and Rescue contributes to community safety by offering CORES and wildfire danger programs. I will continue to work closely with them to develop new programs.

Preserving and improving our open spaces and parks is paramount to keeping our town’s natural beauty. I want to protect our forests, grasslands, rivers, lakes, and wildlife so that future generations of our community can continue to love it for the reasons we do today. I want to continue to make our town safer for everyone by adding sidewalks and bike lanes. Heather Koellen
