Re-elect Judge Rhonda Laumann for King County District Court Judge!   

Judge Laumann holds this office as the highest privilege, serving the citizens of King County.  Committed to creating a diverse judicial bench, Judge Laumann serves on the Court's Personnel Committee and the District and Municipal Court Association's (DMCJA) Diversity Committee.  Part of her duties include training our pro tempore judges and screening candidates, continuing to recruit and mentor women and minority lawyers to serve.

The pandemic affected the lives of all King County residents, including access to all branches of government.  As a collaborative leader, Judge Laumann worked to assure access to justice during the pandemic, transitioning from appearing on essential District Court calendars to reopening county courthouses, with enhanced public health safety measures.   

District Court is the people's court, where Judge Laumann practices the principles of integrity, patience, compassion, flexibility and open mindedness. Dedicated to the efficient administration of justice, Judge Laumann is responsible for presiding over cases involving our King County residents in the busiest courthouse in King County. Please vote to Re-elect Judge Laumann
