General Obligation Bonds - $533,500,000

The Board of Directors of Issaquah School District No. 411 approved Resolution No. 1063 concerning this proposition for bonds. This proposition authorizes the District to acquire property; construct a new high school, middle school and two elementary schools; rebuild Pine Lake Middle; expand/modernize Cougar Ridge, Discovery, Endeavor, Maple Hills, and Sunset elementary schools and Beaver Lake Middle; make other capital improvements including technology; issue $533,500,000 of general obligation bonds maturing within a maximum term of 20 years; and levy excess property taxes annually to repay the bonds, as described in Resolution No. 1063.
