POTENTIAL PROCESSING FEE DETAIL:

This permit/review process may be subject to Project Management.

Average: Applications for non-franchised utility crossings, access permission or use, extended ROW Use permits which do not require reconstruction.
Complex: Limited ROW Use for reconstruction of Right-of-Way, shoulder improvements, sidewalk installation Retention & Detention systems, Critical Area Encroachments, Mass Grading.

The application fee for a Limited Use ROW Use Permit, with improvement plans, must add the ROW site review application fee. Construction inspection fees may also be applied on top of these initial review fees.
