This permit/review process may be subject to Project Management.

Average: 30 Lots or less with 1 critical area.
Large/Complex: More than 30 lots, more than 1 critical area. Many conditions, including variances, traffic issues, and mitigation fees.

Not all fees are reflected in this estimate. Other fees may include Traffic and School Mitigation Fees (reference DDES Bulletins 46 and 47 for additional information). These fees vary based on location or jurisdiction of the project.
