It’s time to change direction if we are to bring prosperity to our city. By pursuing quality economic development, Enumclaw can gain much-needed tax revenue to help support city services and streets. We will keep getting the same disappointing results if we simply continue doing what we’re doing

My priorities include:
Creating balanced economic development through attracting new businesses
Generating recreational tourism by energizing our Expo Center and creating a vibrant downtown
• Establishing planned, quality residential growth (gated and senior communities)

We must keep tax rates low, boost our home values, and maintain our small-town charm while improving the quality of life for our families and seniors.
My children attended Enumclaw K-12, and I have served in various Enumclaw organizations. I'm a fiscal conservative who uses common sense, has governmental, business, budget and leadership skills.

Let's get Enumclaw moving forward with a fresh, collaborative approach. Thank You!

Education: Certified Municipal Leader through the Association of Washington Cities
Occupation: REI, Inc.

If elected to the Enumclaw City Council, I will bring experience and leadership to position 7. I have served three terms as a City Council Member, am currently Mayor Pro Tem, and chair the Finance and Community & Economic Development Committees. I am past President of the King County Fair Board and a Certified Municipal Leader through the Association of Washington Cities. I understand our budget process and appreciate the responsibility to be good stewards with taxpayer dollars and infrastructure needs.
As the most experienced Council Member candidate, my leadership will be crucial as the City works its way through the Comprehensive Plan review process. The Comprehensive Plan is a state-required document that impacts nearly all the decisions and planning for the City for the next several years. My experience and common sense approach to leadership are necessary to best position Enumclaw for the future. I’d appreciate your vote.
